How to Join

You must fill out an application (Form 100) and have it approved by the Council at a business meeting before you can become a Knight.

The application blanks are available from any member of the Knights of Columbus. If you don't know anyone who is a Knight you can contact the membership director to request an application form. After approval at the next business meeting, you will be informed as to the time and place of the First Degree Ceremony. The Ceremonies are scheduled at different Councils throughout the year.

Then

You will become a member of the Knights of Columbus by completing the First Degree Initiation Ceremony and receiving your paid-up membership card.

As A Knight

You will be welcome at any Council and their activities.

You will receive Columbia magazine each month.

You and your family will receive many benefits including eligibility to obtain life insurance through the Knights of Columbus.

There are a total of four Degree Ceremonies, the first three are at Council level and the fourth at Assembly level. A Brother must be a Third Degree Knight to be an Officer in a Council.
